Gemini
Gemini is a relatively new internet protocol aiming to offer a more lightweight, text-oriented experience than the modern web. Pages served over the Gemini protocol are generally composed in gemtext, which offers a much more restrictive range of formatting than even Markdown. Gemini is often linked with the concept of the Small Web.
