Finland is a small country in the far north of Europe. For me, it’s well-known for its strong social welfare net, the high degree of respect and autonomy they grant to teachers, and the Finnish language, which is not Indo-European at all, but Uralic (related to Estonian, Hungarian and numerous minority languages of Russia).
