Europe
Europe is traditionally considered a continent, but geographically is a huge peninsula at the western side of Eurasia. Basically all of my ancestry can be traced back to the western side of Europe, although it’s almost two centuries ago now that the most recent of them immigrated to Australia. I’ve visited some parts of western Europe, although by no means did I do more than scratch the surface of everything there is to see and do there. I did really appreciate the thoroughness of European rail networks, compared to our lacking ones back home.
