This is a collection of recipes that I refer back to and prepare food from all the time. A large number of cuisines from all around the world are represented here, but I won’t claim that my versions are the most authentic or traditional versions. In some cases these may be more “inspired by” the originals, but they should all taste delicious. Sources for recipes have been noted where known, and instructions will largely reflect Australian terminology. With all that said, I hope you can take some inspiration from them!
