Article about brutality against teens imprisoned in WA’s Banksia Hill juvenile detention centre. Again and again, states and territories get called out on, basically, the torture techniques they use on the (mostly First Nations) kids they have locked up, and yet after how many inquiries and recommendations this still continues. Just vile 😤
