Link: “Vladimir Putin’s rumoured purge over his disastrous war in Ukraine could show he fell into the ‘dictator trap’”
Interesting stuff here. Apparently over 100 people have been sacked from Russia’s FSB, and some even arrested, because Putin feels he was “misled” about Ukraine’s weakness and Russia’s military’s ability to steamroll over them. The suggestion is that, like many dictators before him, he’s surrounded himself with “yes men” and increasingly divorced from reality.
